In order to ensure the normal operation of high-voltage shunt capacitors, regular maintenance and care are essential. This includes regularly checking the wiring, insulation condition and whether there is obvious physical damage to the capacitor; monitoring the operating temperature of the capacitor and taking necessary cooling measures to keep the temperature within a safe range; taking moisture-proof measures in humid environments to reduce the impact of moisture on the capacitor; equipping with automatic discharge devices to ensure safety; and regularly testing the capacity of the capacitor to evaluate its working condition.
